For this project, we explored the intersection of texture and precision alongside the client, combining mull cloth with a flexi-bind finish, accented by grey head and tail bands. While understated in appearance, achieving the final result required careful experimentation and technical refinement.

Sourcing mull cloth in a suitable size proved to be its own challenge, while testing adhesives to achieve the ideal bond became an exercise in patience and precision. The flexi-bind construction was selected to maintain clean, refined edges while preventing fraying—ensuring every detail remained crisp under close inspection.

It is often these subtle considerations that bring a printed piece to life. From material selection to finishing execution, every challenge presented an opportunity to elevate the final object—resulting in a piece that feels tactile, thoughtful, and rewarding to hold in hand.
